Marsh & Seawall

The work has been completed.  The plant has not experienced any flooding or had to use the pumping system, and the people who work there are happy to be protected.  The marsh looks great, too, although the seawall construction seems to have affected the drainage and part of it is shrinking again. Environmentalists credit the marsh for improving water quality in the bay and providing fish habitat.
